Sitting in New Oreleans near Burboun Street and getting ready to make my first outting as Sarah and not my male persona which should be interesting, because I am used to the people in my home city. But this is a city of varying people visiting from varying cities and cultures so I am always curious to see who pays a little more attention and who does not or if they care at all. So being a woman or letting my female persona out, see how much make up I can keep on or if my face melts off... My wedding to my wife was amazing and beautiful and a long time friend did the ceremony and I greatly appreciate her for doing so because it just made it all that more special. I actually felt like a bride, with my amazing maid of honor, my wife and her maid of honor and a few close friends. So here we are in New Orleans celebrating a double honeymoond, one for my male persona and my wife and one for my female persona and my wife.

My fiancé became my wife, finally can de-stress after all the planning and coordinating. Next, we are getting re-married, we are having a small ceremony where I'm the bride (or we are both brides). I'm excited about that since I have dreamed about being a bride for a very long time and now I have a chance since my wife is very supportive, understanding (she is still struggling and learning) so we decided this is just as important as the official ceremony. Plus, we are getting married in a church but with a few friends and no family. Neither one of our families would understand or be supportive, not to mention, never talk to us again. Also, our honeymoon will be a double honeymoon of sorts. We will be celebrating in New Orleans, partly as my male side and partly as my female side. We can't wait because neither of us has been to New Orleans but also the food, the history and the architecture...the birth place of jazz and blues is a bon...
